I've had a really good experience with Net Lettings. Met Gaurav for viewing property, he took care of the whole process, everything went very well and hassle free. For few reason I was not able complete the process on time but they waited for me, understand me, helped during all time. I would recommend them to anyone who wants to rent a flat in East London!
Coming from Paris, I was not necessarily always confident in the Rental Agencies in London, particularly when looking for a studio. Finally, from the visit to the agreement, everything have been done correctly and with efficiency for Gaurav and the NetLettings team. My move-in was well organized and everything was working (water, electricity, gas were already informed of my move-in thanks to the agency). My deposit is secured through "mydeposit.co.uk" that I hope will be correct and great also (even if the review for this scheme are not good).
I didn’t know about them before. Suddenly found them on rightmoove.co.uk. Spoke to Gaurav. After that every step nice and easy. They are always helpful, quick and reasonably priced. I thank Gaurav and Jag for everything. They are the best estate agent. Wish they all the best.

Guarav was super helpful and supportive during the search & referencing process and Jag was always on hand to help throughout the tenancy. They were very professional and thorough throughout the move-in, tenancy and move-out. Would defo recommend, their portfolio of properties is also very strong.
