By law, landlords and agents (in England and Wales) who take a deposit from tenants under an assured shorthold tenancy agreement (AST) – as of 6 April 2007 – must protect that deposit using a government-approved tenancy deposit protection scheme.

mydeposits is an insurance-based scheme which allows your landlord/agent to protect your deposit whilst continuing to hold the money for the duration of the tenancy.

 

     
The National Landlords Association is an organisation that works with individual and investor landlords of residential property to help them make the most of their lettings. They offer advice and also champion the interests of all landlords at local, national and European levels.

Its code of practice sets out the level of service that is expected of us and that we are proud to uphold.
