Accredited Agent

To assure our landlords and tenants that they will, at all times, receive only the highest level of customer service from our organisation we are members of The Property Ombudsman (TPO), the UK Association of Letting Agents (UKALA), the National Landlords Association (NLA) and the London Landlord Accreditation Scheme (LLAS), and we conform with the requirements of the mydeposits deposit protection scheme.

 The Property Ombudsman Lettings

As members of TPO we are guided by its strict Code of Practice for Letting Agents. TPO is also responsible for assisting in the resolution of disputes relating to the property sector.

UKALA is the professional association for the letting industry, promoting high standards and protecting the interests of agents, landlords and tenants.

The UKALA Code of Practice aims to raise the persona of professionalism for all member letting and managing agents in the UK.

my deposits.co.uk

By law, landlords and agents (in England and Wales) who take a deposit from tenants under an assured shorthold tenancy agreement (AST) – as of 6 April 2007 – must protect that deposit using a government-approved tenancy deposit protection scheme.

mydeposits is an insurance-based scheme which allows your landlord/agent to protect your deposit whilst continuing to hold the money for the duration of the tenancy.

The National Landlords Association is an organisation that works with individual and investor landlords of residential property to help them make the most of their lettings. They offer advice and also champion the interests of all landlords at local, national and European levels.

Its code of practice sets out the level of service that is expected of us and that we are proud to uphold.
